STAND HIREAGE FORM- please cut and paste the below details and email to me at cakes@nzcakes.com as soon as possible so I can book the stand for you.  Many stands I only have one of so if they are already booked I will either suggest an alternative design or in some cases I will purchase in another similar stand from overseas, but this can take a few weeks to organise.

CONDITIONS OF HIREAGE: Customers agree to return the stands on the date agreed upon.  We reserve the right to draw from the Visa provided if stands are unreturned or damaged beyond repair.  Visa bond is to ensure stands are returned in good clean condition.  Customers must agree to return the stands to us within the agreed time period or penalty charges will be taken from the Visa - many of these stands are hired out weekend after weekend so we need them back in time for other customers who may need them for their wedding cakes.  We reserve the right to use recovery collectors to return stands at the customers expense if needed.  Stands that are damaged may need to be replaced at the customers expense - when sending the stands back please ensure they are well wrapped in bubble wrap if couriered as they can break if mishandled.  Customers must sign that they have read and understood these conditions before stands are taken from our premises and must provide ID - we have had stands stolen before so do not allow stands to be hired without full agreement to these conditions and without ID and Visa bond.
