Megan and Shaun

This three layer chocolate cake had two "false" layers, which were hand-covered with beautiful paua chips.  The cakes were covered with new plastic plates where the paua touched the cake above and below to ensure no cross contamination occurred, and handmade icing "pearls" in an oval shape were placed around all the joins.  Megan and Shaun's initials were written simply on the lower tier in shimmer white, and handmade paua "roses" were placed on the cakes.  Megan, who is very talented, designed and put in all the work with the tables, covered with tiny paua ships and white candles!

Megan's lovely comments: "Thank you so much for the fantastic job you did on our wedding cake, we had so many amazing comments about how beautiful it looked!"
