Payment of Wedding Cakes 

DEPOSIT Once the design is established and the quote has been sent out and accepted with any changes, we require the deposit of $50, which can be cheque (so long as it isn't within 6 weeks of the wedding), cash, Visa or MasterCard.  If a deposit isn't paid we cannot guarantee that the cake order will be able to be processed -  we are  only accepting two orders, three max,  every week from now on.  Once a week is fully booked I will not be accepting any more orders that week.  I accept cake orders up to 24 months in advance and already have bookings for 2010 so please get in asap!

OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT:

CASH ON DELIVERY/PICKUP: pickup - please bring correct change as we do not keep money on the premises!  Delivery - please ensure someone is there with the money, we do not leave cakes that are unpaid.

INTERNET BANKING DETAILS: must be banked a minimum of one week before wedding so it shows in the account: National Bank New Lynn Branch, name of account:

VISA/MASTERCARD: Please advise card number, security number (on back of card), expiry date & naem on card.  Authorisation must be made a minimum of 1 week before the wedding.

CHEQUES: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES (EXCEPT FOR DEPOSITS WELL IN ADVANCE)

REMAINDER OF FUNDS TO PAY: We prefer that all funds are fully paid 6 weeks in advance, under some circumstances we will accept a closer payment but will not accept cheques within this period, during to some past customers dishonesty in giving us cheques that bounce close to a wedding.  Cheques are NOT accepted at all the day of the wedding (again, past customers have ruined it by giving us bad cheques), but we will accept cash payments or authorised bank cheques, or MasterCard/Visa payments for the remainder of the funds.  All Visa/MasterCard authorisations are drawn 1-2 weeks before the wedding.
