We can do different flavours for each layer for birthdays and wedding cakes, in fact we encourage it, It gives your guests a choice of flavours.  We do not do taste testing sorry.  Our most asked for flavours are:

Double Chocolate is a swirled white and dark chocolate cake for those that cant decide between light or dark!!!  This is the most asked for flavour now!

Swiss chocolate - Moist chocolate flavour, we get asked time & time again for this flavour, especially from customers who have had this flavour before, they always come back for more!  Chocolate Mud Cake?  We do not do a "mud cake" since they don't last well, nor hold up well under icing. 

*NEW* "BLACK" CHOCOLATE - dark bittersweet chocolate

*NEW* CARAMEL CREME SWIRL - caramel and vanilla moist cake, our newest recipe!

French Vanilla/White Chocolate - Light moist and sweet - always reordered!  Perfect compliment to a chocolate cake!

Mint Chocolate which is similar to Swiss chocolate but with a gorgeous chocolate & natural mint flavour

Red Velvet - Berry Chocolate Chocolate cake with natural raspberry, strawberry & chocolate, please note we do not follow the original "red Velvet" recipe from the USA because in our opinion it uses far too much artificial red flavouring.

Duet orange/lemon - compliments chocolate cake layers, the Sweet Lemon & Tangerine Orange are also available on their own, but this rich sweet combination is special. 

Coconut Creme - mouthwatering and sweet.  Everyone who orders this cake always comes back for more!

Banana - either as a light sweet Banana cake, or try the new "Southern style HUMMINGBIRD cake" which adds a fabulous pineapple, spices & coconut to the light banana cake!  We use real bananas in our banana cakes instead of the banana flavouring which many cake shops use, this ensures a wonderfully moist cake, always a favourite.

We are currently working on and testing special carrot cake and apple cake recipes for adding to our list of flavours in the near future as well as specialist Vegan, Egg free and Gluten free flavours.
