We can do different flavours for each layer for birthdays and wedding cakes, in fact we encourage it, It gives your guests a choice of flavours.  Our most asked for flavours are:

Double Chocolate is a swirled white and dark chocolate cake - this is the most requested flavour!

Swiss chocolate - Moist chocolate flavour, we get asked time & time again for this flavour, especially from customers who have had this flavour before, they always come back for more! 

Hawaiian Luau - New Sunny Pineapple Coconut vanilla for a summer Island celebration!

French Macaroon - layers of coconut and chocolate with raspberry sweetness

Chocolate Candy Cane - swirls of chocolate red and white with peppermint

Bittersweet- dark "black" bittersweet chocolate, high cocoa content, dense moist cake

Malibu Butter Rum - white rum in rich sunshine butter cake

Peppermint Chocolate - dark chocolate with peppermint bite, can be ordered with creme de menthe cream or peppermint cream (lime green)

French Vanilla/White Chocolate - Light and sweet - always reordered by regular customers

Coruba Chocolate Rum - Dark sweet rum with chocolate

Velvet Chocolate Chocolate Berry cake with natural raspberry, strawberry & chocolate flavours, please note we do not follow the original "red Velvet" recipe from the USA because it uses far too much artificial red colouring.

Duet orange/lemon - compliments chocolate cake layers, the Sweet Lemon & Tangerine Orange are also available on their own, but this rich sweet combination is special. 

Coconut Creme - mouthwatering and sweet.  Everyone who orders this cake always comes back for more!

Banana - either as a light sweet Banana cake, or try the new "Southern style HUMMINGBIRD cake" which adds a fabulous pineapple, nutmeg spices & coconut to the light banana cake!  We use real bananas in our banana cakes instead of the banana flavouring which many cake shops use, this ensures a wonderfully moist cake, always a favourite.
